Data Respons ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

 

On 18 august 2017, Vestland Invest AS purchased 50 000 shares in Data Respons ASA ("DAT") for an average price of NOK 27.30 per share. Vestland Invest AS is 100% owned by Erik Langaker, the Chairman of the Board in DAT. The number of shares held by Vestland Invest AS increased from 90 000 shares to 140 000 shares.

On 18 august 2017, Jørn Toppe, the COO of DAT sold 50 000 shares in DAT for an average price of NOK 27.30 per share. The number of shares held by Jørn Toppe decreased from 214 937 shares to 164 937 shares.
