La Compagnie du Bois Sauvage a souscrit à l'augmentation de capital de la société Umicore réalisée ce jeudi 8 février 2018 via un « Accelerated Book Building ». 360.000 titres ont été alloués à la Compagnie du Bois Sauvage pour un montant d'EUR 14,3 millions. Suite à cette souscription, la Compagnie détiendra, directement et indirectement, 4.370.000 titres Umicore.
