On April 21, 2020, Can-Fite BioPharma Ltd. (the “Company”) announced the adjournment of its special meeting of shareholders (the “Special Meeting”) to Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. (Israel time). Due to a temporary nationwide quarantine ahead of Independence Day in Israel, the Company announces that the Special Meeting will be reconvened on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (Israel time) at the Company’s offices located at 10 Bareket Street, Petach Tikva, Israel.
