On May 3, 2017, Can-Fite BioPharma Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update on the Company’s Phase II clinical trial to evaluate its liver drug candidate Namodenoson (CF102) in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), the precursor to non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
