London, UK, 21 February 2003: Pursuant to Part A and Part B of the Antisoma plc
Company Share Option Plan, Antisoma plc ("Antisoma") yesterday granted options
over ordinary shares of 1 pence each to Directors, senior executives and other
employees at an exercise price of 26.34 pence per share as follows:
