                            RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Further to the announcement of 20 January 2003 the board of Asite plc ("Asite"
or the "Company") confirms that Alastair Mellon, Special Projects Director, is
no longer a Director and left the Company on 7th April 2003.
