DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING


The Company was notified on Thursday 17 April 2003 that Stuart Gordon, Chairman
of the Company, acquired on Thursday 17 April 2003 970,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 35 pence per share.


Mr Gordon's interest in the share capital of the Company is now 1,070,000 shares
representing 8.33 per cent. of the issued share capital.


In addition, the Company was also notified on Thursday 17 April 2003 that AMCO
Holdings Limited has disposed of 970,000 shares and no longer has a notifiable
interest in the Company.
