Aggregate Industries plc Share Incentive plan - Directors' Share Dealings

Monthly contributions made by directors to the Aggregate Industries plc Share
Incentive Plan were used yesterday to purchase ordinary 25 pence shares in the
Company on their behalf. Under the rules of the plan, the Company gives one
matching share for every three shares purchased by an employee. Both partnership
and matching shares were purchased at 86.00 pence per share and will be held in
the name of Halifax Corporate Trustees Limited.
