Places for People Treasury plc (the Issuer) announces that the following transferable securities have been admitted to trading on 10 June 2026 on the London Stock Exchange's main market:

The Issuer's EUR33,300,000 Guaranteed Sustainability Floating Rate Notes due June 2031 (ISIN: XS3404387790) jointly and severally guaranteed by Places for People Homes Limited, Places for People Living+ Limited and Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association Limited (the Guarantors) under the £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the Notes)

Full information on the Issuer, the Guarantors and the offer of the Notes is available on the basis of the Offering Circular dated 15 May 2026 (the Offering Circular), read together with the final terms published by the Issuer on 8 June 2026 (the Final Terms).
