I'm in here too, it seems to do the job it was setup for... If we want the share price to rise we need to pay less in Divis which is not what I personally want.

Gresham House are poor at this sort of PR. A lot of other houses are vey good. Surprising because there's big competition for contributions.

Agree. My capital loss not so clever but useful income as you say. Need to view it through economic / interest rate cycle. It's a bit opaque though, could do with some news flow beyond monthly NAV / financial calendar plus some effort to raise profile. Patience!
