Unaudited Net Asset Value as at the close of business on 05 January 2018 was USD 0.9453 per share (Sterling equivalent at that date GBP 0.6967 per share).

Tender etc gone through today and now no longer a fofs but a bog standard Aberdeen house style, team run vehicle. The open ended equiv hasn't been a stunning performer ie mainly underperformed benchmark. BRFI looks a better bet imho, with a management team with a much more trading mentality which seems to work quite well in often volatile markets. The other option is TCA, which is a more absolute rtn style fund, and whose managers I rate. But, it is illiquid and offshore based. I hold a few.
