04/7/2020 14:25 | This has put me off other foreign listed companies on AIM which is probably unjustified. Never will I ignore Scrip Dividends again though! | chinahere
04/7/2020 13:44 | I think I read it - yep - not touched Chinese firms since - so much going on under the bonnet we never see | trentendboy
04/7/2020 12:06 | Thanks just bought a copy and they are cheap on Ebay if anyone wants a secondhand copy - keep it cheap after Naibu :-( | chinahere
04/7/2020 12:01 | I'm not quite half way through 'Mr. China', a book by Tim Clissold published in 2004. I wish I had read this before investing in Naibu back in 2013! Anyone still puzzling over what happened at Naibu might like to read Tim's book. | gnnmartin
25/6/2019 17:25 | Still quiet. | freddie ferret
28/3/2019 15:13 | Gone quiet. | freddie ferret
08/1/2019 14:18 | I have been informed the same by Interactive Investor, I don't know wether they are worth anything though. | ricatcoatham
08/1/2019 13:20 | Thanks for the update. What was the source? | gnnmartin
08/1/2019 01:24 | I have been informed that NBU has been re-instated to the Jersey Registers and therefore are not worthless as previous stated by brokers. | garycook
30/11/2018 17:34 | Quiet here. What are the non execs up too. | freddie ferret
09/10/2018 17:10 | The operative thing is what those non execs are up to. They report only rarely and have surprised when they do. | freddie ferret
08/10/2018 20:02 | Same here. | gnnmartin
08/10/2018 19:32 | I've already considered these as negligible value. | topvest
08/10/2018 19:05 | Where will those shares go? In the broker's bottom drawer for future possibilities? I gave mine away to a charity that TD Waterhouse were offering for similar defunct shares. I was paying quarterly fees for not much so I'm still happy eitherway. | chinahere
08/10/2018 17:24 | Interesting my broker has sent me a letter to the effect that these are being considered worthless and are being removed from my account. However on the investigate site I can see no new recent RNS to the effect that anything has changed. As I understand it the non execs are still persuing this. Anybody know anything else. | freddie ferret
09/7/2018 11:00 | The legal teams will not win unless a verdict goes in Naibu's favour. The fact that Therium are financing the case, must mean it has a reasonable chance of success. It's a similar vehicle to Burford by the sounds of things. To be honest, I think the only person that should be paying is the Naibu founder in China who is quite obviously as crooked as they come and a thief. It is rather odd that the Chinese authorities are not doing anything as there have been 4/5 identical frauds and it really doesn't do them any favours. Its now virtually impossible to list anything Chinese on AIM, as rightly it should be. Overseas companies on AIM seem to get away without any convictions, when their CEO steals money in the UK. That's wrong. | topvest
09/7/2018 10:21 | Not being nasty just saying its over forget it this will drag on for years the only winners will be the legal teams | spob
09/7/2018 09:51 | A surprising name to appear in an RNS this morning. This is excellent. If nothing else it should at least put fear into the collaborators who would do anything for a quick buck. | hpcg
09/7/2018 09:49 | Move on then ! | garycook
09/7/2018 09:44 | nothing to see here move on | spob
09/7/2018 09:38 | Thanks, Interesting update. Almost forgotten about these. | xow98 |
