I've added the Google Earth Sat. images to the Quangang photos.

Okay thanks, alyo, I have sent an email for the full address.

map.qq.com is still being a pig, but I think I have found the Quangang Factory buildings on Google Earth for anyone interested.

Of course they exist. I would like to know the address so I can find out who it is owned by. (I can read Chinese). I could take a picture of a mansion on st James street London and stick a sign "alyo ltd" and tell Chinese investors that this is my office. U get me?

Hi alyo,

As you can see from my email to Ms Li, I think I've made it clear how suspicious investors are of Chinese companies.

As such, from part of an email I sent last week.

“From the internet, it is possible to see street view images of the Naibu HQ.

And the Jinjiang Factory.

May I have the address for the Quangang factory, please, as there may be street view images available for this building.”

I'd like to see anyone try manipulate these “street view” images. So to me, the Naibu HQ and Jinjiang Factory exist.

From the reply email:

“The address of Quangang factory specified in both the land use rights certificate and the property certificate is Pu An Industrial Zone of Quangang District (泉港1306;普安;工业1306;).

The attached pictures were taken during the board meeting last year end in China when our NEDs came to visit the Quangang factory.”

Unfortunately, since she sent me the address, I cannot access map.qq.com. All I get is “Server not found”, so haven't had a hunt for the building.

Now the address seems a bit vague with no number or title, but it would be helpful if you can find anything, thank you.

Ask Zhenli for that factory address and I can investigate the history of the building for you

i would very wary of those photos . In china , real estate agents do that , but when you view the property you think, wtf is this, as the real property is totally different to the photos . Ask any mainland Chinese person and they'll tell you ;-). I can bet you ¥100 those photos are photos from another factory site unrelated to naibu

The FD, Ms Zhen Li, has today sent me some photos of the Quangang factory in "Pu An Industrial Zone of Quangang District". I've put them on Photobucket.

Just to clarify. Naibu did not build this factory. It was purchased to replace the Shishi factory when the lease ran out and to provide a factory until the Dazhu complex was built. Naibu have not built any factories yet.

Yeah, Stig, what was I thinking when I bought back into these. That p/e of 0.5, or the h1 post tax profits equal to the mkt cap. at around £15m. Or the £33m in the bank. And those £30m receivables to come. And the record revenues for h1. And the increase in outlets and ... well, when it's too good to be true ....

At 28p. P/E=0.6, P/T=£38-£;40m, Mkt Cap.=£16.8m, Cash=£33m, Receivables=£100m, Outlets increased from 3144 to 3192, no divi but therefore no dilution from scrip.

A trip to London by Lin to see Instit. Investors which doesn't make sense if this was a scam.

Even without the Quangang factory or the yet to be built Dazhu factory, it is a viable OEM dependent business.

The question is still there. Value or junk?

From the links above:

"However, the worry was that the company was using nearly all the free cash to invest in buying land rights and investing in a factory."

One of the the main points for listing was to find a suitable location for a factory and build it. They have found their location in Dazhu and now it is time to build the factory.

All in the company reports and IPO documents.
