19/11/2010 13:18 | Surely the costs associated with this latest debacle involving the lost mortgage deed should be paid by those responsible, Lehman, the Investment Manager, or the Directors. Why should shareholders pay for this total incompetence? | rj allen
17/9/2010 09:02 | Yes, thanks empire for the "heads-up" on NLD, end August. Now it's back to looking for another to replace NLD..... f | fillipe
17/9/2010 07:07 | not a bad way to finish on this one | empirestate
10/9/2010 12:03 | 24p just been paid 1129hrs, for 20k. Every buy produces an uptick. Level 2...showing only 3 mm's x2000 = 6000 in total each side of the bid/ask. So there's someone feeding the ask all the time. But when that stops and the same sort of share numbers are being demanded, what then the ask! f | fillipe
10/9/2010 10:45 | More tick ups I do like this share long may it continue . | wskill
09/9/2010 15:24 | NLD have 3 weeks left to report their y/e 31/3 accounts | empirestate
09/9/2010 13:36 | The way it has ticked up today hopefully suggests that news is imminent :) | pejaten
09/9/2010 09:26 | More than happy with my investment in NLD at 16.5p but this is very strange it ticks up on no trades . | wskill
08/9/2010 16:19 | Hi emps. It looks as though the macro econ climate is warming up nicely in the land of the Nords. atb f | fillipe
06/9/2010 22:31 | another two steps up today, but am trying to work out why the market keeps holding the offer and running up the bid each time considering it has a small nms | empirestate
01/9/2010 19:59 | Empire I agre with all your comments. To my surprise, I picked up a few more of these yesterday at less than the offer price at the time. Had to double check that my broker had not sold by mistake.. It looks good, but I kind of worry that results are so delayed, unless it is so they can finalise the sale of one or more properties | pejaten
01/9/2010 15:30 | this is seeing large volume today comparatively. it is quite misleading from a buy/sell analysis as stock has been bought over the past couple of days well below the screen offer and even mid. getting interesting as a discounted asset play. it is quite illiquid and could have a quick run back up to 30p ish quite easily. | empirestate
31/8/2010 10:15 | on the bid today and you can buy well within the spread | empirestate
25/8/2010 23:01 | these lot have to report before the 30th sept so should be an update soon. there should have been some upswing in values between 30 sept and 31st march, so regardless if they have not managed to crystalise a sale there should be a reasonable gain on valuation. will pick up a few. | empirestate
23/8/2010 19:53 | Half year accounts to Sept 2009. Six months to 30 Six months to 30 Year ended September September 31 March 2009 2008 2009 Earnings per 8 (18.0)p (7.6)p (19.4)p share - basic and diluted | pugugly
23/8/2010 16:39 | Which year's accounts are you referring to Pugugly? I don't think the 2010 accounts are out yet - or do you have a copy somehow? | hoveite
23/8/2010 16:19 | Check out the accounts. Massive loss (approx 18p) per share on the income account. Loss on propery valuations due to increase in sterling. Looks as though having difficulty selling - Also see accounts re "sticky market" that said I cannot determine a fair value for the company nor (at this stage) locate the loan covenants - Gut feel is that the gearing is too high. In addition the composition of the board, while full of worthies, is for me too aged. What do others think? anyone able to add points ? | pugugly
07/7/2010 13:40 | yup, think it's time to have a good grab at these again! | goz1986
28/6/2010 21:28 | I guess it could delist, but they are now trying to sell the property holdings and have been for only about 10 weeks. I don't see why it would delist until the property has been sold or failed to be sold. The resignation of two of the directors is more of a worry, but may just relate to the reality that the company is effectively in the process of being wound up. The shares have come down over the last few weeks on next to no volume even on plus - £500 here and there. | sammu
23/6/2010 09:17 | could it delist | lqs
16/6/2010 09:25 | I bought impetuously at 30p when the liquidation of the portfolio was announced. With the high level of gearing it will be interesting to see how much will be left for shareholders. Unfortunately the Krona has weakened against the pound in the same way that the euro has. | backwoodsman
13/4/2010 20:17 | another one is SAF. | crawford
13/4/2010 20:10 | guys another one is sdic which ius a german property company Nav is 0.86 euros and you can buy at 0.15 euros, Its one to buy now as well | lopsidedgit1 |
