Net Working Capital to Total Assets

Net Working Capital to Total Assets ratio, is defined as the net current assets (net working capital) of a company expressed as a percentage of its total assets. Therefore, the formula is:

= [(stocks + debtors + cash & equivalents + current assets,other - creditors short) / TOTAL ASSETS] * 100
