Net Cash per share ratio, is defined as cash & equivalents minus short-term borrowings. Negative value indicates net short-term borrowings. The value is then divided by the number of ordinary shares in issue as follows and is expressed in pence (currency being GBP):

= [(cash & equivalents - creditors,short) / shares in issue] * 100
