eMax Corrects Earlier Release Regarding Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP ORLANDO, Fla., Dec. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- eMax Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: EMAX) wishes to set the record straight concerning a November 28th news release regarding the New York accounting firm, Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP. In the release, eMax incorrectly stated that Citrin Cooperman & Company had been engaged for the purpose of, and was in the process of, conducting an audit of the company's financial statements to help eMax meet Securities and Exchange Commission requirements. eMax never engaged Citrin Cooperman to perform an audit of eMax Corp's financial records, and no work has been undertaken by Citrin Cooperman for eMax in this regard. Citrin Cooperman has been engaged to provide accounting services for Gateways Entertainment, a privately held corporation. They are continuing to work with the company to complete the services for Gateways Entertainment.
