ZKid Network Company Terminates Toxic Finance Agreement CHICAGO, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ZKid Network Company (OTC:ZKID) (BULLETIN BOARD: ZKID) , after much due diligence and deliberation, has decided to cancel its 2.2 million dollar financing agreement with LaJolla Cove Investors Inc. ZKid Network Co. is in the midst of securing other financing with no toxicity. ZKid Network Co. CEO Donald Weisberg said, "After much thought, I have decided to cancel what would have been an extremely dilutive financing package. This agreement would have severely diluted shareholder value and caused great harm to our shareholders. I could not have allowed our share prices to possibly get destroyed with very little up-side potential. This agreement would have helped in the short term but would have hurt our shareholders in the long term. I am in the final phase of obtaining conventional financing which should be finalized in 7-10 days."
