ZKid Network Co. and ClubbinTV.com Reach Content and Marketing Rights Agreement CHICAGO, June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ZKid Network Co. (OTC:ZKID) (BULLETIN BOARD: ZKID) and ClubbinTV.com have reached an agreement dated June 16, 2005, for ZKid Network Co. to purchase on a restricted common stock basis, the usage of the rights of ongoing audio and visual content from ClubbinTV.com as well as audio and visual content in its library. Also, ClubbinTV.com will provide ZKid Network Co. with streaming ready capability of audio and visual content, including celebrity interviews and performances. ClubbinTV.com will market out and provide ZKid access to its 3 million plus database which will send out monthly e-mails about ZKid and the new Z-Spot. Also, ClubbinTV.com will use its best efforts in securing a top celebrity to endorse ZKid Network Co. Also, ClubbinTV.com will provide ZKid and Z-Spot access to all of its unsigned artists for use on promotional CDs as well as on the ZKid-ZSpot website and live performances. Most importantly, ZKid-ZSpot will be featured on the new 1 hour nationally syndicated ClubbinTV.com Live TV show that will begin in either August or September of 2005. ZKid Network Co.
