Daniel "Danny" Severn to its Board of Directors. Severn brings with
him a wealth of experience and expertise in real estate development
and community engagement, further strengthening the bank's

Severn is currently Regional Vice President, Virginia & Central MD at St. John
Properties, where he has served since 2008. In this role, he
oversees the day-to-day development responsibilities for the
company's Virginia and
Central Maryland division, which
involves managing relationships with local officials, the expert
coordination of numerous third-party vendors, and detail-oriented
project management. This extensive background in real estate
development and management, knowledge of the Frederick market, as well as his
well-established leadership experience, make him a valuable
addition to the Woodsboro Bank Board.

Severn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from York College of Pennsylvania and a Master of
Science degree from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at the
Johns Hopkins University Carey Business
School. He is an active member of the National Association for
Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) in Northern Virginia, The Rotary Club of
Frederick, Frederick Mental Health
Association, and serves on the Executive Committee of the
Frederick County Chamber of
Commerce Board of Directors.
