Attorney Kate Walker is
transitioning from her previous role at Haskins Becker, P.C. as her
mentor Katherine Haskins Becker is
winding down her family law practice. Attorney Becker served as a
source of wisdom throughout Kate's career and facilitated Kate's
smooth transition to Nagle & Giese, P.C. and is happy that Kate
has found a new team to grow with.
With over 10 years of experience to her name, Attorney Walker
has distinguished herself as a results-focused attorney in complex
divorce cases related to spousal support, parenting disputes, and a
notable international abduction case. She has taken numerous cases
to appellate court and won, prioritizing the needs of her clients
in difficult situations.
As a Canadian citizen, Attorney Hailey
McGillivray holds Juris Doctorate degrees from both the
University of Detroit Mercy School of
Law as well as the University of
Windsor Faculty of Law. Her background in family law spans
different areas, including allocation of parenting time, orders of
protection, and enforcement of the Hague Convention.
Attorney McGillivray has a balanced approach to practicing law,
