HOUSTON, July 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC (NYSE:VNR) ("Vanguard" or "the Company") today announced that its board of directors has declared a second quarter 2009 cash distribution of $0.50 per unit, payable on August 15, 2009 to unitholders of record on July 31, 2009. Based on Vanguard's current unit price and an annualized distribution of $2.00 per unit, new investors can earn an attractive yield of approximately 15.5%.
