The closing rates for February 13, 2004 were: TCOC3: R$ 8.05 / 1,000 shares TCOC4: R$ 10.30 / 1,000 shares and TRO: US$ 10.55 / ADR (1 ADR = 3,000 PN shares). TCO is the holding company for six wireless telecommunication service providers: Telegoias Celular S.A., Telemat Celular S.A., Telems Celular S.A., Teleron Celular S.A., Teleacre Celular S.A. and Norte Brasil Telecom S.A.; is a company delivering solutions for the data services market using IP (Internet Protocol), TCO IP.
