                                Trading Update

The Board of QuikTrak announces that there are over twenty companies and
organisations currently piloting the network.  These include the Metropolitan
Police, TRACKER Network (UK) Ltd, The Bell Group, ADT International, National
Car Parks, (NCP), ntl, Addison Lee, Pegasus Couriers, ROCS, Getbike Group, Flair
Business Equipment Limited, Toad plc, Spinnaker International and Blick
Communications Ltd.

The following companies have agreed to commence pilots early in the New Year:
Reliance Group, APCOA, British Airports Authority, Securicor, Cooper Menvier and
Serco Group plc amongst others.

Notwithstanding the considerable interest generated by the trials since the
network became available in late September 2003, sales achieved to date have
fallen significantly behind expectations and are proving to require a longer
lead time than previously expected by management.

In response to these developments, the Board has made substantial cost
reductions. In addition, the Company is making arrangements to raise new equity
capital to finance the continuing development of the business.
