FORT WORTH, Texas, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- State National Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:SNBI) today announced that its initial public offering of 1,907,692 shares of common stock was priced at $26.00 per share. These shares will be listed on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol "SNBI". Net proceeds to the Company, after underwriting discounts and estimated expenses related to the offering, will be approximately $45.1 million. Net proceeds will be used to fund a portion of the purchase price for the Company's pending acquisition of Heritage Financial Corporation. In addition, the underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 286,154 shares of common stock to cover any over-allotments.
