(NASDAQ:SUAI) ("SUA" or the "Company") today announced that the Company will report second quarter financial results on Thursday, August 6, 2009 after the market closes. In light of the previously-announced pending merger with a subsidiary of Tower Group, Inc., SUA will not host a conference call or webcast regarding its second quarter financial results.
