ARNHEM, the Netherlands, May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the international consultancy, design and engineering company, today announced that the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has agreed to the changes in the Articles of Association of the firm that will allow for the one for three stock split to be executed. In order to effectuate the stock split, on May 15, 2008, after the stock exchange has closed, the nominal value of each share will be increased to EUR 0.06. Directly afterwards, each share will be split into three shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.02 each ('new shares'). Starting on May 16, 2008, the 'new shares' will be traded on Euronext Amsterdam.
