(NYSE Amex: RDI) announced today that it will move the listing of both classes of its common stock from the NYSE Amex stock exchange to The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC . (Logo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20030403/LATH058LOGO) Effective Tuesday, August 4th, Reading's class A nonvoting common stock will trade under the symbol, NASDAQ: RDI, and its class B voting common stock will trade under the symbol, NASDAQ: RDIB. Reading decided to switch to the NASDAQ after careful consideration of capital market alternatives and analysis of the electronic market model, which provides added visibility to investors.
