(Nasdaq: RADN; Warrants: RADNW) today announced that its resale registration statement on Form S-3 has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The registration statement covers 9,676,800 shares of the Company's common stock transferred in a recent private transaction between subsidiaries of Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd and a group of over 40 institutional and accredited investors.
