Dresdner RCM Endowment Policy Trust 2003 plc announces

that on 23rd July 2003 it re-purchased, for cancellation,

187,500 Ordinary 10p Shares (representing

0.65% of the issued Ordinary capital), at the

price of 205p per Ordinary Share.

Settlement and cancellation of the re-purchased 187,500

Ordinary Shares is due on 28th July 2003 when

the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 28,808,748 Ordinary

10p Shares.
