                        Bomb Blast Protection Technology
                First to successfully achieve ISO draft Standards
                                        
Pentagon Protection plc ("Pentagon" or "the Company"), the provider of safety
and security products for commercial, architectural and automotive glass,
announces the successful testing of its exclusive flexible and metal glass
anchoring systems for enhanced blast protection. Both 'Pentagon Elite' and
'Pentagon Select' anchoring systems, in conjunction with Pentagon's FT800 blast
protection film, achieved the required standard in explosion range testing
carried out by bomb blast experts to internationally recognised Home Office
standards and guidelines (16933 Glass in Building Explosion resistant security
glazing).

The latest international ISO draft standards requires testing to a much higher
level of explosion which produces twice the pressure at 8.3psi than the 4psi
that is required by the United States General Services Agency Method of
Classification (GSA).

Since these successful tests, Pentagon has launched these anchoring systems
initially in the United States as part of its global marketing programme.

Both Pentagon Elite and Pentagon Select anchoring systems, in combination with a
fully accredited safety film, are designed to provide advanced protection in the
event of bomb blast or other explosion, hurricane or damage from high-speed
wind-borne debris and forced entry burglary or violent attack.
