Population Health Alliance (PHA) Launches Named Awards Program in Honor of Dedicated Service to Drive Further Innovation Improving Health, Access and Experience with Care and Affordability. PHA member companies will be eligible to apply for the awards. The awards will be presented each year at PHA's Annual Meeting and Innovation Summit.

WASHINGTON, Sept. 12, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Population Health Alliance (PHA) today announced the launch of a new Named Awards Program. The awards focus on an area of excellence in Population Health Improvement supported by PHA. The awards are open to PHA Member Companies. Recipients will be announced annually at the PHA Annual Meeting-Innovation and Adoption Summit, beginning this year on the events 25th Anniversary October 23 & 24th in Washington D.C. at the Top of the Hill Conference Center. The PHA Named Award program is expected to grow overtime as award categories are expanded.

Two categories have been sponsored to date:

Transformation in Chronic Care in Memory of Robert E. Stone, former PHA Board Member and President by the Stone Family
