BUDAPEST--Hungary's OTP Bank Nyrt. (OTP.BU) is proposing to pay a 2012 dividend of 120 forints ($0.50) per share, according to a stock exchange filing Thursday.
This is in line with Deputy Chief Executive Laszlo Bencsik's forecast in early March after the fourth-quarter results were published, and is also in line with market expectations.
Dividends will be paid from June 10.
OTP traded up 0.4% or HUF15 at HUF4,186 at 0806 GMT.
