LOUIS, Dec. 7, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of 26.5 cents per share. The dividend relates to the company's first quarter of its 2010 fiscal year. The dividend is payable on Jan. 29, 2010 to shareowners of record on Jan. 8, 2010.
