HONG KONG, Aug. 12 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Jilin Chemical Industrial Company Limited (HKSE: 0368, NYSE: JCC) (the "Company") held the second extraordinary general meeting on August 12, 2005. The following resolutions were passed: 1. To approve the elections and appointments of Ms. Yang Dongyan, Mr. Xiang Ze and Mr. Li Chongjie as directors of the Company, for a term from August 12, 2005 to April 19, 2007; 2. To approve the elections and appointments of Mr. Wang Jianrong, Mr. Xue Feng and Mr. Bai Xuefeng as supervisors of the Company, for a term from August 12, 2005 to April 19, 2007.
