Hanover Capital Group plc ("The Company")

ADMISSION OF SHARES

The Company has issued 97,222 new ordinary shares of 1p each in Hanover Capital
Group plc at a price of 6p per share to Mr James Piesse in settlement of his
services rendered in respect of Prestige Publishing plc. Application will be
made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and a further announcement will
be made once the date of dealings is known

The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue.
