MINOT, N.D., May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Integrity Mutual Funds, Inc. (OTC:IMFD) (BULLETIN BOARD: IMFD) , a mutual fund and financial services company, announced today that it has been selected as the new investment adviser for the Saratoga Energy and Basic Materials Fund. The $13 million Fund will be managed by F. Martin Koenig and Steven Breyer from Integrity's New York office. Koenig and Breyer are also responsible for managing four other Integrity equity funds; the Integrity Value, Integrity Small Cap Growth, Integrity Technology and Integrity Health Sciences Funds, using a quantitative stock selection model developed and refined by Koenig over the last 25 years. The team will use the same quantitative approach used for the Integrity Funds to manage the Saratoga Fund.
