MINOT, N.D., Nov. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Integrity Mutual Funds, Inc. (OTC:IMFD) (BULLETIN BOARD: IMFD) , a mutual fund and financial services company, has hired Bryan Serstock, Michael Korous and Catherine Oliver-Allen as regional directors of its distribution company, Integrity Funds Distributor, Inc. Mr. Serstock will be based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and will be responsible for marketing Integrity's stock and bond mutual funds in Minnesota. Mr. Korous will be based in Katy/Houston, Texas and will be responsible for marketing Integrity's funds in southern Texas. Mrs. Oliver- Allen will be based in Alamo, California and will be responsible for marketing Integrity's funds in California. Prior to joining Integrity, Mr. Serstock was Director of Sales and Account Manager for Seamless Solutions and prior to that he was Key Accounts manager for USAllianz Investor Services, LLC. Previously he had also served as Mutual Funds Relationship Manager with USAllianz Investor Services. He has over 12 years in the financial services industry. He received his education in Financial Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minnesota. Mr. Korous brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He has held management positions in numerous companies and his most recent position was with Farmers Financial Solutions out of Simi Valley California. He has served with Mass Mutual Insurance Company and Prudential Insurance Company of America. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, Illinois, and a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Governors State University, Park Forest, South Illinois. Mrs. Oliver-Allen has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the broker/dealer industry. She raised over $3 billion in diverse product offerings including mutual funds, real estate and insurance products. She was a Partner and Regional vice-president of Universal Financial Consultants, a national financial marketing company. Her experience also includes being Regional Marketing Director for Integrity Life Insurance Company of Louisville, Kentucky, Regional Vice-President of Essex Corporation, New York, New York and Business Development/Consultant for Insight Capital, Walnut Creek, California. She held positions with Atlas Energy/Viking Resource Company, Royalty Management, Kemper/Cymrot and Merrill Lynch. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Michigan State University and is a certificated Registered Investment Advisor.
