MINOT, N.D., Feb. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Integrity Mutual Funds, Inc. (OTC:IMFD) (BULLETIN BOARD: IMFD) , a mutual fund and financial services company, announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of United Heritage Financial Services (UHFS). UHFS currently has 120 independent registered representatives and is a wholly owned subsidiary of United Heritage Financial Group, Inc., of Meridian, Idaho. UHFS's brokers will become part of Capital Financial Services, Inc. (CFS), the retail brokerage division of Integrity. "We are very excited about this combination which takes our broker count to over 400.
