(Nasdaq: INTN; FSE: WKN 805768) (the "Company") has changed its fiscal year end from December 31 to September 30, effective September 30, 2005. As a result, the Company will not file a quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, but will file an annual report on Form 10-K for the nine month period ending on such date on or before December 14, 2005.
