Pentagon Protection was notified yesterday that as part of the placing of shares
it recently undertook, City Equities Limited yesterday acquired 3,000,000
ordinary shares of 0.1p each, representing 3.36 per cent of the issued share
capital of the Company. Having sold all of these shares to certain of its
private customers on the same day, City Equities Limited no longer holds a
notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company.
