LONDON, Oct. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Greenhill & Co., Inc. (NYSE: GHL), a leading independent investment bank, announced today that Gareth Davies will join the Firm as Managing Director. Mr. Davies will join the Firm's Financing Advisory and Restructuring Group and be based in London. Mr. Davies, 37, has been a Managing Director in the Restructuring Advisory team at Close Brothers Corporate Finance. Mr. Davies has worked in Financing Advisory and Restructuring at Close Brothers since 1997, having previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
