JOHANNESBURG/LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Der britische Pharmakonzern GlaxoSmithKline <GSK.IS<GS7.FSE>7.FSE> steigt bei dem südafrikanischen Arzneimittelhersteller Aspen Pharmacare Holdings ein. Wie die Südafrikaner am Dienstag mitteilten, wird GlaxoSmithKline für umgerechnet 418,1 Millionen US-Dollar einen Anteil von 16 Prozent an Aspen übernehmen. Aspen werde 68,5 Millionen neue Aktien an Glaxo ausgeben. Mit dem Einstieg festigen beide Unternehmen ihre bestehende Kooperation. Aspen ist der führende Anbieter von Medikamenten gegen HIV in Südafrika und wird mit zwei Milliarden Dollar bewertet./RX/jha/wiz
