SCHIPHOL, Netherlands, April 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Elephant Talk Communications, Inc. (OTC:ETAK) (BULLETIN BOARD: ETAK) , an international telecom and multimedia content distributor specializing in carrier grade mobile enabling platforms, today announced that it has signed a Heads of Agreement contract with Tommy Telecom BV, a rapidly growing Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) active on the Dutch market. Tommy Telecom will migrate its customer base from their existing provider to the Elephant Talk Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) platform immediately.
