                            Director's Shareholding


The Company was notified on 27 October 2003 that on 24 October 2003 Anthony
Mack, a director of the Company, sold 160,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 340p per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary
Shares were sold to satisfy institutional demand.

Following this transaction Anthony Mack is beneficially interested in 3,596,567
Ordinary Shares representing 38.67 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
