Cell Wireless Targets More Than 207 Countries in December 2005 After 1 Year, the Fastest Networking Telco Goes Public TUCSON, Ariz., Feb. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cell Wireless Corporation ("CLWL or the "Company") (OTC:CLWL) (BULLETIN BOARD: CLWL) today announced that the Company has received its new name change and new bulletin board trading symbol (CLWL). As of today, AZAA is no longer a trading symbol. Look under CLWL. Cell Wireless Corporation completed a reverse merger with Arizona Aircraft Spares, Inc., a Nevada corporation (formerly (OTC:AZAA) (BULLETIN BOARD: AZAA) ) as of December 28, 2004. Arizona Aircraft Spares, Inc., an Arizona corporation ("Arizona"), will continue operations as a restructured "spin out." Arizona is in the process of emerging as a new bulletin board public company with a new name and trading symbol. The restructured Arizona company will integrate both commercial and military spare parts manufacturing along with the acquisition of targeted aerospace companies. Shareholders of record of Arizona Aircraft Spares, Inc., the Nevada corporation, as of the merger date of December 28, 2004 will be awarded a dividend. The dividend will be 40% ownership on a pro-rata basis in the newly restructured Arizona company. The issuing of dividend shares will occur after Arizona emerges as a new publicly traded company. The timing and necessary documentation to emerge as a publicly traded company is determined by outside regulatory bodies. Further details on the procedures for receiving the Arizona company dividend will be provided at a later date.
