COLUMBIA, S.C., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Carolina National Corporation (NASDAQ:CNCP) today announced the closing of its public common stock offering totaling 1,000,000 shares priced at $16.00 per share. Scott & Stringfellow, Inc., the sole underwriter of the offering has a thirty day option to exercise the issuance of an additional 150,000 shares.
