Call-Net Enterprises Inc. Shareholders Approve the Sale of the Company to Rogers Communications Inc. Matter proceeds to the Ontario Superior Court tomorrow TORONTO, June 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Shareholders of Call-Net Enterprises Inc. today voted to approve the acquisition of all of the company's outstanding shares by Rogers Communications Inc. pursuant to a plan of arrangement, which was announced on May 11, 2005. Under the arrangement, Call-Net common and class B shareholders will receive one Rogers Communications Inc. class B non-voting share for every 4.25 Call-Net shares they hold. Final approval for the arrangement will be sought from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on June 30, 2005.
