/C O R R E C T I O N -- American Stock Exchange/ In the news release, American Stock Exchange Lists SPARQS Linked to Xilinx, Inc., issued earlier today by the American Stock Exchange, we are advised by the company of the following errors: In the first paragraph, second sentence, and also in the fourth paragraph, first sentence, the ticker should be "LXZ" rather than "LNX". Additionally, the second paragraph, first sentence should read, "At maturity, holders will receive one-half share of Xilinx, Inc. common stock" rather than "one share" as originally issued inadvertently.
