BakBone Announces Plans to File FY2004 Form 10-K on or Before June 29, 2004 SAN DIEGO, June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BakBone Software Incorporated (TSX: BKB; OTC Bulletin Board: BKBOF) today announced that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to obtain an automatic 15-day extension to the filing deadline for its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2004. BakBone is working to finalize its fiscal 2004 financial statements, and once completed, will file its Form 10-K.
